How to make wiki the 2nd tab?

On VW3 I had wiki the second tab right after 'home'.
On VW4/XF I also had this, but after the last update the wiki tab moved to the first position.
How can I change this back again?

Set Options > VaultWiki: Aesthetics > Wiki Navbar Tab Position = First Position.

I had this set but since the upgrade it has moved to second position when this setting is turned on. Is this a bug?

There is no special handling for this setting that would result in a bug on the VaultWiki side. This setting completely uses stock XenForo setting options.

I would only suspect a VaultWiki bug if all of your settings changed, or a setting with special handling such as Maximum Disk Space for Wiki Attachments, or the VaultWiki version numbers.

If you ever use the XenForo CP on mobile, it is more likely you changed the setting accidentally while swiping.
