What is the point of the source code tab?
The source code is already available on page edit.
Can we turn this tab off?

In the wiki permissions, it appears for Index, Area, and Page Permissions. In Page Permissions, it looks like "Can view source for wiki pages?"

I see how the function can be useful, but to reduce mobile user confusion I need to reduce the number of tabs/links.
