Vaultwiki when using TinyMCE Quattro

Hi,
i'm planning to use TinyMCE Quattro in my Xenforo-Installation.
How can i use vaultwiki editor-buttons / BBCodes for this editor like with the standard one?

You cannot use the buttons with a custom editor. The buttons are written in Javascript targeted at a specific editor framework (the one that ships with XenForo), so they are not designed for whatever custom editor you choose. It would require custom coding for that editor.

Even though the buttons will not appear in the editor, the BB-Codes will still work if you type them manually.

Is it possible or planned to make vaultwiki compatible to TinyMCE Quattro, or is it possible to create the vw-buttons for TinyMCE Quattro ? Maybe it is possible with this addon: https://xenforo.com/community/resour...-manager.1731/

It is not so simple. The Javascript for the buttons must be rewritten using the TinyMCE Quattro framework or they will not function properly. This has been requested before but it needs a lot more upvotes to receive priority over other features: https://www.vaultwiki.org/issues/4321/

Is it not possible to create a "bridge" or a "shortcut" to the functions, because the BB-Codes will still work?
