What is the procedure to have more than one contact from a customer site.
I would like to add one or two more people to ask questions and pursue problem solutions for our site. Is there a standard procedure for doing this? Is there some way to create a group representing mb.nawcc.org for instance?

There is not currently a standard procedure for this. If you need this, for now I would recommend sending me a PM with a list of VaultWiki.org usernames who would be authorized contacts for your site. I'll save that message in a special folder and if there is a question regarding who is authorized, I'll consult that folder. But only the main contact (you) would be able to download the software.
