Lost some functions after upgrade

Hi, I finally am upgrading my vb forum to the top of the 4x series. After the upgrade, I no longer had the link to the Wiki showing in my nav bar. So I went to check my settings and my Aesthetics link no longer has the Wiki Navbar Tab Position options. Where did they go, how do I get them back?

You have crossed at least one "platform threshold" that requires an upgrade/rebuild of your VaultWiki installation for it to continue functioning properly.

vBulletin 4.1.11 added a mobile style. In order to add the mobile theme for the wiki, you must run the VaultWiki upgrade script. If VaultWiki was still turned on, attempting to use vBulletin's mobile theme without the wiki theme would cause the mobile theme to crash.

vBulletin 4.2 added a Navigation Manager that handles navbar tabs. In order to add the proper entries for the manager, you must run the VaultWiki upgrade script.

In the Wiki Admin Panel, go to Maintenance > Run Upgrade Script.

That sounds easy enough.....except for under Maintenance the only options I have are Counters and URL Conflicts.

Now what do I do?

You probably need to upload the vault/install/lib folder from the ZIP again, since you would have removed it after your last upgrade.

You can go to /vault/install/index.php directly to find out.

Oh....except you do my upgrades so I never have those files. but I can probably figure out how to download that and reupload it. But will just uploading that file be enough to make the upgrade script show?
