I've purchased Import Service to get all data from a previous vw to a current vw version in a vb 4 forum, but I don't know if you have end the process or it's still pending.

I also see rare characters in the wiki pages content. Is this normal? The pages were all in a correct language but now most of them is seen with rare characters
