where should reports show up in vw4?

In the Wiki Admin Panel, go to Moderation > Reported Items. I see the ModCP should probably have a separate sidebar entry for this, but you can still get to it by viewing what's awaiting moderation, then switching to Reported Items. You will also get Notifications of new reports in your user's Notifications menu, and that links to the reports list directly.

My moderators need to have reports visible somewhere. Admin panel is not suitable for this, because moderators have no access.
I am not following you on what you exactly mean. If there is a link somewhere then I can just code it into a navbar drop down.
Is there such an option in moderation.php?
or somewhere in modcp?
