Where Chapters Save

I'm currently utilizing books on my wiki. I have an area that I want only books to display in, but whenever somebody adds a new chapter to that book, the 'save to' dropdown defaults to the same area the book is in. Is there a way to change what that defaults to per book?

Or is there a way to hide the display of chapters in an area that I only want books to be listed in?

If the area does not allow the "Chapter" type, then the area should not be listed in the "Save to" drop-down. If the area is presented in the drop-down when "Chapter" is unchecked in the area settings, then this is a bug. Please let me know.
