how to use this feature ?
Manage Licensing for Wiki Content?
Enables options when posting or uploading content so that the user can specify who has ownership rights and how that content can be distributed.

Is there a plan, when this feature will be available ?
Because this very important for me as site owner, when people upload content. And important for users who want to use the uploaded data...
