Is it possible to use something like bots (mediawiki) to add links in a lot of pages ??
We have a problem after the import from mediawiki with tons of subpages...

If you have some programming ability, sure you can write a bot.
The best place to put it is probably to add it as a handler to the vault/core/controller/cp/counter folder. Then you can run it by visiting Maintenance > Rebuild Counters / Caches.- lead developer for VaultWiki
