On a forum, there are user profiles. Users can post comments on each other's profiles already.
In order to add a bio to a profile, you can turn on the setting VaultWiki: Miscellaneous > Wiki Content Integration Locations > User Profiles.
Then, users must have permission for a bio. This is in the regular permissions page (not the wiki permissions), under a "Wiki Miscellaneous" heading: "Can have a wiki content integration on own profile?"
Once these are activated, visit a user's profile and see if you can add wiki content to the top.- lead developer for VaultWiki
