Function in valutwiki 4.x

Enables options when posting or uploading content so that the user can specify who has ownership rights and how that content can be distributed.

I can not find the words when you publish content. This option works in valutwiki 4.x?

2) Subscriptions by mail
Where can I enable or disable this feature globally?
In valutwiki 4.x I'm not receiving email though I enabled the email notification on the page created

3) Panel moderator
I can not find the panel to read the messages sent by users

1) The licensing feature is not available yet.

2) Go to the Subscribe tab on the page and review the checkboxes you have selected for various notification events. It will only email you if one of the selected events is triggered by a user that is not you. Also, there are different kinds of email notifications: instant, daily, weekly. For daily and weekly, if you read the page again before the email sends, it won't send the email.

3) In the Admin Panel, go to Moderation > Items Awaiting Moderation. There is a bug where you can't actually approve, unapprove, or delete anything on this panel. Until the bug is fixed, you have to use the links to visit the original content, and use the appropriate controls on the content page.

I think if you have vBulletin's email system turned off globally, then the options will disappear. But there is no option to disable only wiki subscription mail, without turning off all wiki subscriptions (even ones that don't choose email).

To reduce the sending email would be useful to disable the sending only on the wiki.

In version 4 the notify by email do not work. When vaultwiki it's enabled the notifications on all forums are not sent.

Disabling valutwiki notifications of forum work.
Can be a bug?
