Initial page for the wiki

On VW3 we had a special page for the readers that was an index for the rest of the wiki. It's advisable to construct such an index under the initial page of the vW4 wiki?

We are on the verge to expand our wiki and we want to have a nice first page.

Since VW4 lets you edit the index page of the wiki, you should edit it and use it as your index. If you had a different page as your index on VW3, and it wasn't automatically added as your new index when you imported, then you should find the old page and copy its content to the editor for the current index.
