Next Saturday 8th March we will be converting our forum from VB to XF. We will be purchasing your WiKi import service so I just need to know is there any work that you would need to do while the VB install is still running?

No, since you have an existing license you should buy it from the Members area. It looks like this:
Install/Import Service ($34.95)
We will perform 1 of either a first time installation OR import data from another wiki you own.

Ok thanks and do you guys need to do anything on the existing VB install before we do the migration across to XF
Ideally if you have an existing VaultWiki on another platform, it should be updated to the latest sub-version in that family:
- VaultWiki 3: should be 3.0.20
- VaultWiki 4: should be the current release
Obviously some users don't have this option due to their licenses, but the process should go fine anyway. It is mainly only needed for really old versions on the source DB. But I looked at your site and you are already up-to-date, so it should be fine.

Ok I am running VaultWiki 3.0.20 on the VB install right now. I have the latest version that has just been released for XF. Now do I install it before you guys do the import or will you install it as part of the import process?
You must install it prior to the import process, and you are responsible for all the initial configuration.
Since you are going to import from VaultWiki 3, please make sure that you have VaultWiki 4 Gamma 3 installed on XenForo before submitting an import request. This version will be released later today and it has fixes for lots of issues in the part of the importer you will need.

Ok I see it is released I will be downloading this today. We will be converting the forum over on the 8th March so once this is done I will purchase the import services
