Style unusable after Installation

After installation, the additional.css was not loaded. Whatever I'm doing, all to no avail.
I have uninstalled it, let maintenance go through, style information re-created without success.
After overwriting of client-script / vbulletin_css the style works again. I create the new style information is all gone.

Where are now data of the installation?

I am not clear on your problem. VaultWiki templates include additional.css. It does not make changes to additional.css itself. VaultWiki DOES contain its own .css templates that are used on its pages. However, if these templates are messed up, it should not affect your main forum installation.

If you are having trouble installing the Lite version, and some StyleVars get randomly deleted, then you probably tried to install an older version of VaultWiki Lite that falls victim to a related vBulletin bug that vBulletin devs never fixed. Newer versions of VaultWiki don't use the vBulletin function that has this bug so there is not a problem.
