You may have missed this:

As of Beta 3, VaultWiki supports vBulletin 3.6.x, 3.7.x, 3.8.x, 4.0.x, 4.1.x, and 4.2.x;

I'm sorry. I do not understand your question. Please clarify your question. What do you want done for vb4?
VW4 is quite an upgrade from VW3. Now that it works for vb3 and all vb4 versions, that is probably an improvement for your site.
