One of my members is encountering a weird issue. He can use the wiki and all is fully functional. Except that he can not create a wiki discussion. When he tries the text of his post is added to the end of the wiki article, instead of adding a first discussion post.
This is in VW3.0.19 on vb.
The user is on win7 and has tried several browsers.
I have not created a bug report, as I think this is related to the user. Else many more of my users would experience this.

Ask the user to submit the HTML source from a page that has the issue for review.
