Create new forum thread for each edit to a wiki page?

I have a page that gets edits every so often:

I am trying to find out:

1. Can I have a new forum thread in another forum, say "Announcements", every time an edit is made? Then the new posting would be the changes only?

or:
2. Do I really need to split up this page into sub pages?
If #2, would I still be able to have a thread in the "Announcements" forum each time a new page is created?

1. There is no existing functionality that would allow you to do this.

2. You don't absolutely have to split the page, at this time anyway, but as you add to it you might notice that the page begins to get slower.

You can make the target forum use the RSS feed from the wiki forum so that new pages are reposted. The feed would contain only new pages, I believe (no edits or comments). This is a stock vBulletin feature, but I haven't used it much myself. If you're unfamiliar with it, you can ask their support how to use the RSS poster.
