Where the heck is "VaultWiki > Namespace Manager" ?

I tried to follow the installation manual that states

The Namespace Manager, accessible via VaultWiki > Namespace Manager, is where you will do the majority of namespace management. When you enter this section, you will be presented with a table where each row is a namespace in the database.

I can't find VaultWiki > Namespace Manager ! Please help.

I think the problem is the VaultWiki cannot be is missing in AdminCP.

AdminCP > VaultWiki

What have I done wrong?

Go to Plugins & Products > Product Manager, and make sure VaultWiki is enabled.
