Is there a hook which i can use when a new wiki article is create (ie, when the "post new article" button is pressed.)
i tried a view "logical" ones, but they are also called when a page already exists

vault_articlecache_save is not used to capture clicking "Post New Article". It happens very late in the save process when VaultWiki is creating the URL entry for the created article. What exactly are you trying to do? What do you need to add/modify?
