      Licensing and renewal question

      Hey there,

I have a license for my domain and I was wondering if I'm required to purchase another license if I'm opening another forum on a subdomain. If so, is there any sort of discount for purchasing a second license?

      Thanks for your time.

If it's a completely separate forum, then you need a second license. You are only allowed 1 VaultWiki installation per vBulletin installation, except for your 1 private vBulletin test forum.

The general rule is that if you need 2 AdminCPs to configure each wiki, then you need 2 licenses.

We don't have bulk discount pricing for VaultWiki. We are considering adding it in the future, but it would be for more than 2 anyway.

      Hi!

For some reasons, i cant create new topics, so i ask here:

If i purchase vaultwiki, is the first year updates included or i need to buy a "License Renewal", together with the product?

Yes, dougdirac's answer was correct for the Lite version. In the full version, there is a setting for the namespace "Show in the forum list?" which you can set to No.

Implement bulk pricing? If you were purchasing 10-15, what platform would you need them for, or would you need them across multiple platforms? We need to redo our Members Area to handle the platform options, so an update for bulk pricing might fit well with that site update if we understood customer needs better.

Currently, I'll need them for vB 3.8.

In about 2 years, I'll need transfer them over to ipb/xf or whatever.
