What button are you referring to that is "messing up"? I would love to help, but this is not enough information.
If you change the wiki URL, you need to update your .htaccess file on Linux systems. Use the Mod-Rewrite Generator in VaultWiki > Initial Wiki Setup and it tells you what code to add, and where to add it. If you don't have a Linux system, you essentially need to make config file changes anyway to add a file rewrite, and you should be able to understand the code in the file or ask someone who does to help. You haven't mentioned what system you have, so unfortunately I can't help.
You mention that you are unable to type to the left or the right of an image in an article. What syntax are you using to insert your images? If you have a wiki-image BB-Code created, then it's quite easy, but I'm not so sure about using vBulletin's ATTACH BB-Code or IMG BB-Codes. I don't think IMG can be floated, and ATTACH might just need some CSS updates (although that tag is not recommended, because it's tied to a specific user). vBulletin did dramatically change its stylesheets in 4.1.10, so we could have missed this.
Since you don't like the way it looks, you can customize the wiki home page by creating your own wiki page, then copy-and-pasting the URL into Settings > Options > VaultWiki: Server Settings > Replace Wiki Tab with URL
The wiki forum layout helps you quickly moderate all the articles in the forum at once. If you don't like looking at it all the time, create an article to replace the forum. See: https://www.vaultwiki.org/manual/Rep...the-Forum-View
By the way, all of this information is in the manual. If you have trouble again and can't find a chapter title that matches what you're trying to achieve, please ask in the VaultWiki Questions forum, and someone will gladly help you.
