Upgrade 3.0.14 build 2 > build 4. Just overwrite or also run upgrade script?

Just overwrite. I suppose we should mention this in the upgrade manual. You only need to run an upgrade script if the version number changes (3.0.14, in this case). If only the build number changes, you only need to overwrite your existing files.
