modification notifications?

I did not find the option which allow to receive a notification when someone made some modification in vaultwiki...

For this, you either need to be subscribed to an article, subscribed to the wiki forum, be set as the moderator for the wiki forum, or have your email address listed in the Forum Manager to be notified of new posts in that forum. Additionally, you need to have Settings > Options > VaultWiki: Subscription Options set, and your forum needs to have email features enabled. You will ONLY received notifications of edits via email. If you're not receiving notifications, make sure that your site's email settings are working correctly by sending a test email via the AdminCP.
