Can you promote a WIKI article to a CMS article?

Technically yes, but there's no button to do it. An alternative method would be:
1. Access the Discussion/Comments tab for the article.
2. Use the Administrative menu to Copy Thread to a non-wiki forum.
3. Visit the non-wiki copy of the article.
3. Promote the copy to an article using the usual button.- lead developer for VaultWiki
