import question before purchase

Will the nuwiki to vaultwiki importer work if my vbulletin has already been upgraded to the 4 series? Or do I have to do it before I make the upgrade to vbulletin 4x from 3x?

And can the pro installation be purchased separately, later? I think I can do this myself, but want to know just in case. And if so, would there be an extra charge to purchase them separately?

How long does it usually take to get a response to questions here? This is starting to feel like the same problems we had with nuwiki, please correct me if I am wrong.

The VaultWiki importer works on both vBulletin 3x and 4x and it doesn't matter if you upgrade first or not.

The pro installation can be purchased later if you decide you need it. There is no extra charge for purchasing late, but you would still need to pay the regular price.

Typically support questions are answered within a day.
