      Few Questions

Firstly, compliments on your site design. It is very inviting.

Ok so I have a few questions. I am looking at converting some 250 articles I have in vbCMS to a wiki solution for collaborative editing.

      1. Can I enable Guest editing in Vault wiki even though guest posting is disabled in Vbulletin? Ideally I want guests to be able to create / edit wikis in the same manner as Wikipedia, how they record the guest's IP when a non-logged in user makes a wiki page or edit. Is a similar thing possible with Vault Wiki even though guest posting is not enabled in VB?

      2. My forum is heavily customized and I am running 4.1.1 I have no intention to upgrade VBulletin in the near future. Does current Vaultwiki version work with VB 4.1.1. This is important because I obviously will not be having CKEditor.

      3. This is obviously a question more suited for vbseo, but does Vaultwiki have any problems with vbseo?

      4. Is there a vbAdvanced Module of vaultwiki anywhere? Something that pulls latest wiki articles?

      1. Yes you can enable guest editing in VaultWiki, but this only covers editing. If you also want guests to create new wiki pages, you need to allow guest posting in the wiki forum. It's recommended that you require such pages/edits to be moderated.

      2. You do not have to upgrade vBulletin to the newest version to use VaultWiki. However, we do recommend that you do to gain all the benefits and new features that we might add for the new editor.

      3. As long as you follow the appropriate configuration instructions for your setup (in the Manual and in the VaultWiki admin area), I don't think you'll run into any problems with vBSEO except with certain older versions of vBSEO that had bugs. This includes vBSEO < 3.3.0, and some cases of vBSEO 3.5.x although I forget which update specifically had bugs.

      4. Not that I know of.

Thanks Pegasus for the replies. Guest editing is a huge requirement for me. I am going to be testing the lite version of vaultwiki on a test board and if it fulfills my need I will surely make a purchase.
