      Pricing question and upgrade question

I looked for pricing information, but I found only information for first year of using your product.

What are prices for renewing upgrade and support for 1 year immediately after expiry of support and what is for buying after some period of time after expiry?

And when version 4 comes out, would it be in that price if I buy now, ie. are all versions included in upgrade and support?

All prices are subject to change, but the renewal is currently $29.95 before expiry and $39.95 after expiry.

Version 4 will be provided to all Premium version customers at no extra charge. They will be able to download it like any other update release.

Thank you very much for your information.

My suggestion, if I may make it is that you unify prices on your site. For example, here it is $74.98, but when you go to Buy Now tab it is $69.98.

It's confusing and I think that talking about money needs to be precise. It's very important thing for your customers.

Also, information I asked here is something I couldn't find anywhere before I buy the product. I read almost every interesting thread in presale forum and found this thread very illuminating as it answers on my questons. That is how I found that there's different prices for renewal before and after expiry of upgrade and support period. Also, from reading news I found by looking at pictures posted there that upgrade and support expires for your product.

In my opinion that is bad sales tactic. Your customers need to find that information upfront, before they buy your product and much more easily. You should have one place where you have all that information easily and logically explained, with all your pricing information. My suggestion is to put it here: http://www.vaultwiki.org/products/Order-VaultWiki

Anyway, I like your product, I'll buy it for my site (need to discuss it with other co-owners), but I don't think that many of your future customers would do so much research before purchasing and some may find need to renew their licenses unpleasant surprise, because it's not mentioned before they purchased in clear and precise manner.

Thanks for pointing these issues out. The Feature List and Buy Now pages have been updated to reflect this information.
