How to disable various bb codes in wiki forums?

My members are overusing [size] [I] [color] [U] in wiki articles to such a degree that its causing unwanted effects and errors. Looking at an article's source, exposes a sea of code. And Vaultwiki is reacting adversely to this.
I want to turn these bb codes off in wiki forums. How can I do this?

With VaultWiki's tools, it's only possible to disable custom BB-Codes, not any of the ones that are included with vBulletin.

What you can do instead is disable the WYSIWYG editor in wiki forums. To do this, you need to create a plugin.

Disabling the WYSIWYG editor is not optimal either.

Is it possible to make the editor mode start in the mode to show all bb code in the text?

Okay I modified the code above so that it should do what you want. Start on standard editor controls, but allow the user to switch the WYSIWYG if they really want to.
