      autolinks

right now my default namespace is my wiki which is where my autolinks are directed to. Can I have more than one namespace for autolinks to be directed to?

I want to have a wiki for terms and another for products, both to be able to utilize the autolinks.

You aren't able to autolink to both terms and products at the same time.

You can autolink to terms from within the terms wiki. You can autolink to products from within the products wiki. From non-wiki areas, you can only autolink to the default namespace.

Customizing the non-wiki autolink area will not be possible until a future version. It has been requested already, but won't be added until the version 4 series.

However, it would still not be possible to autolink to the terms wiki and the products wiki from the same location at the same time. This is too resource intensive and can result in linking conflicts. You would always have to choose one or the other.

Is it possible to do this any other way? Maybe I am missing something? I'm not sure what the Category dos still.I was hope this might be the solution where I would create different categories withing it and then that namespace would sort those all out for the autolink? Is this possible?

      Catagories having:
      Manufacturers
      Terms
      product list
      etc...

When is version 4 slated for release?

No Categories are just a way of grouping articles similar to vBulletin's thread tags. This doesn't affect auto-links in any way and wouldn't help since you would still have the same back-end issues I mentioned above...

Version 4 is not currently "slated" for release. It's still very much in development. We hope to have some sort of beta in a month.
