question on books please

My admin wants to add books to the wiki
I have added like 50 articles already
now he's not getting the book to be enabled.
question is, If he were to delete name space, would all the articles go too? By deleting namespace, will it work now?

Is there an alternative?

1. Do NOT delete your existing namespaces.
2. Create a new namespace for the Books.
3. For the question "What function will the namespace perform" choose "Book namespace".
4. Create a book start page in that namespace.
5. On that page, click "Add New Chapter". You will have the option to put the URL of articles you already wrote.
