Question about demo page

I am browsing this software and feeling a little bewhildered. It think my site can probably use this software but I am trying to understand a few things.

I like that, how do I get my site to have a start page like that? Is that part of this software? Is it some custom code that is not a part of it? My wiki just looks like my forums with a few more tabs, I wold like it a little "fancier" for a lack of a better word like the the link above. Is that included and something I am missing?

That page is included as part of the software. If you have the full software you can access it by visiting the wiki script without specifying the title of a page (e.g. showwiki.php vs. showwiki.php?title=Article)

Because it's auto-generated, there is also an admin setting to change this page to another article you created, if you want to design your own.

Also, if you want to hide the forums from your users you can replace each forum with an article by editing the Forum Link setting for that forum and entering the URL to the wiki page you wrote. Users with permissions can still view the forum list in case you need to do moderation, etc.

I don't think the Lite version supports either option fully.
