How do I Create Nested Chapters in a Book

Hi
Noob here. We have just installed VW3.0.9
All good so far except I want to create sub-chapters (nested) and cant find out how. (Chap 2 below)

1. Introduction
2. Learning Plan
2.1 Taking Photographs
2.2 Processing Images
2.3 Publishing Images
2.4 Further Studies
3. Holding Your Camera
4. Compositions
etc.

When you create chapter 2, make sure it's in the same forum as your main book (as opposed to a different sub-forum for chapters). Visit Chapter 2 and it should have its own Table of Contents area with an Add New Chapter button. If you created chapter 2 in another forum you may have to use the Move tab to put it with your main book in order to get this option.

All the chapters are in the same forum and namespace.

I can't see the TOC for Ch 2? Do I have to put some code into that page?

Sorry I can see the Navigator items, just not the Add New Chapter button?

All good. Think nested books and it all makes sense.
