Question about BB Code

I have tried everything, so I don't know if this is possibly and its not wiki related.

Is there a way to add to the editor an icon (I got this much to work)..

....that when clicked on will paste one forced image only that I want everyone to use (if they choose to click on this editor icon) into to the typing area? Just like the smilies work, when clicked on. (this is what I can't figure out)

I have tried every conceivable replacement code and spent hours trying to resolve this and I think it may have to be JS coded, is this correct or is there a way I can simply do this?

When you create the button, you want to use an HTML <img /> tag as your replacement code. It should work. Since
it's probable no extra input is required from the user, make sure "Strip tag if empty" is set to No.

Not working, I followed your instructions but it paste my [tags], not my ONE specified image like smilies do.... oh well thanks for helping. Apparently Custom BB codes looks to wrap tags around [whatever], not insert ONE specified image. grr
