Some suggestions and possible bug regarding hiding chapters.

Not sure if this works as designed or if this is a bug:
When hiding a top level chapter(H1), the child chapters(H2,H3,etc) do not hide. This does not seem logical.

What do you think of these feature requests:
If a user hides certain sections, those sections are still hidden after refreshing the page. This could be inconvenient. Could we add a 'Show All' feature?

Also, if a section is hidden and the user clicks the Table of Contents link for that section, the section remains hidden. Wouldn't it be appropriate to 'show' that section when the link is clicked?

This functions in the same way as MediaWiki's sections. This may not seem logical but there is actually no way to define the end of section, just where one starts. This makes it difficult to determine parentage of certain bodies of text. Because of this, and because the sections themselves are not actually stored separately from the article text, the current behavior helps maintain data integrity when editing. Instead, you can only hide or edit a section up to wherever the next section is (whether it's a child or not).

When we rewrite the storage system (so that we're not limited by the post table), this is a limitation that can be more easily overcome.
