Users don't have permission to edit their own articles

Users don't have permission to edit their own articles after applying this fix here: http://www.vaultwiki.org/issues/1727/

To clarify, for the user group, "Can Edit Wiki Articles" is set to no.

This means that the edit tab does show up on your own article (and not others) but when clicked get a no permission page.

      EDIT---------

ALSO, when I set the global "Can Edit Wiki Articles" to yes, the edit button appears on all pages - but only on articles owned by the user can the user edit. Otherwise the no permission page is printed.

      So two issues here:

      1. Can Edit Wiki (OFF) - User has no permission to edit even his own article.
      2. Can Edit Wiki (ON) - User has no permission to edit articles other than his own.

This would have been best posted in the existing issue and making a petition to reopen it. I added some additional changes to the report, which should correct the side effects mentioned here.

Thank you. I originally didn't post it in the original issue because I couldn't be sure it was a bug with VaultWiki or something I had done / config of vBulletin.
