Atm, all my Registered usergroup users are getting their new articles place into the moderation queue, and can't work out why. Up until recently, almost all wiki work was done by a special group with full permissions, so not seen this before.
Everything is set against moderating a registered users new threads, edits, and the standard forum permissions for permission to post a new thread are set so they can... am I missing something obvious? This is (as far as I can see) only on the default Wiki namespace/forum.

Are you sure that all Registered users are affected? I see you have a usergroup called "Registered Users - Restricted", which I suppose makes their posts moderated if they don't meet certain criteria.

That has only ever been for a handful of users, particularly ones that we've been unsure if they're spammers or not.
This user is a Registered User which is their primary usergroup...
Edit... I decided to check this before I posted it... and lo and behold... someone had placed him in one of the groups that's only for adding permissions... and most likely the reason why I've got this problem.
I'll check with them tomorrow that they can post fine, and will update here if it's any different.
