"A required field called forumid is missing or has an invalid value."

      Hi all,

I am trying to establish a new forum called, say, 'Fruit' containing a number of sub-fora.

Using VW's Namespace Manager I set out to 'Add New Namespace' - say 'Apples.' When asked if a new parent forum must be created I respond 'yes' and continue to establish 'Fruit' as the corresponding parent forum.

When doing so I receive the following error message:

A required field called forumid is missing or has an invalid value.
Stumped. What am I doing wrong here and, more importantly, what must I do different to do it right?

Can't think of a method that allows me to change the forum id - so, as said, stumped...

There's a setting called "Top-Level Forum". You have to select a value for this field, even if it's "Create New Forum".
