      Multi-section article

Looks like a great product. Couple of questions.

      1) Is it possible to create a newwiki with list of section titles pre-populated.

      Example:

      New wiki for City
      City Name and Description

      History

      Famous places to visit

      Universities

Then others can come and edit these to add more information.

      2) Is it possible to integrate into social forums so that only membes in the group can access a certain wiki.

      Thanks

Not 100% sure, but I think so !
I believe templates will accomplish what you desire.

I believe the wiki permissions are very similar to forum permssions in terms of what can be done. If not the same.

BTW, Vaultwiki is a well documented product.
of course done by the wiki !

I looked at the templates but didn't know how to do accomplish this.

I am looking to build a form based wiki. When a user start newthread, there should be a article page created with

      Table of contents
      part1
      part2
      part3

      part3

      part 1 text

      part2

      part 2 text

      part3

      part 3 text

I am going to specifiy the text of Part 1, Part 2 and Part3

      Hi,

There is no way to pre-fill the new article form. However, if you alert your users about certain templates on your site, they can simplify your editors' work.

On the other hand, sections that are added by a template cannot be edited inline (as in no AJAX edits) - you must click the Edit tab to modify their content.

Thank you for the response. I would like to pay for the custom work to

      1) Pre-determined sections areas with titles (use can select type of article with a drop down like prefix when starting a thread that will determine what sections will be there)

      2) Social groups able to create a wiki that only group members can edit.

This is a structured wiki. Where parts of your wikis have predetermined structure. This is an excellent idea. I think many people would enjoy this option for parts of their wiki. Maybe for certain Namespaces .... a default template could load ?

      2) Social groups able to create a wiki that only group members can edit.
What Social Group functions are you using ?
      These types of groups ?
... ie. Bloggers in this example ?
      http://forum.vbulletinsetup.com/groups/bloggers/
This seems like it would be a good idea.
Sites whom use the /groups/ would probably like it.

Once we release the new build we will start working on feature requests like this one. (We expect the new build to be ready on Monday).
