Noticed that the above gives me a no permission both in your wiki here and my wiki on my site. I think there might even be another couple of pages that are like that (recall seeing them).

On my site, I've checked that the Admins have permission to access them, and even though they do, I still can't get to that page.

Is it a bug, or something I'm missing?

A no permission error occurs if you have no "Island" forums in your wiki.

Ok, that makes sense then. Would it be better for that page not to 'exist' in such a case, or is that adding a complexity not worth putting in?

The added complexity's not worth it. Since it doesn't have any forums to draw from, the page can just be disabled via permissions.
