Make Table of Content showing only Title

How do I make TOC showing only the Title of a book and not all chapters inside that book? (only when clicking on the Title that chapters would reveal themselve, sort of a drop down menu)

This is not possible. You can turn off the Book TOC completely from vBulletin Options > vBulletin Options > VaultWiki: Article Display Options.

Would you consider making a Title Only function for the new VaultWiki version?

For what you want, it sounds like the normal (non-Book) table of contents should be sufficient. The title of the Book is already mentioned at the top and bottom of the chapter.

Without the chapter list, changing the word "Contents" to the Title of the Book, would only be confusing, since the TOC lists sections of the current article, not the Book.
