VaultWiki is fully phrased using vBulletin's language and template systems. Additionally, the product's Wiki URL Manager provides a means for users to add support for special characters (any non A-z 0-9 characters) to their article's URLs - so it doesn't look terrible when the title is entered in the browser's address bar.
