Admin not able to view Pending page update

I have a posting by a user that is pending. When I click to URL of the page title

      Code:
      http://www.blincmagazine.com/forum/wiki/Records?do=history&action=revision&oldid=1405
      I get this error:

mknutson, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

      1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
      2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
I am the admin, and have selected to be able to see all options under the CES VaultWiki Special Page Permissions section.

There are other permissions aside from Special Page Permissions.

Under CES VaultWiki Permissions, make sure you have permission to roll back articles. If it looks okay, also check the custom forum permissions for that forum.
