Book chapter text suggestion

At the moment, when you look at a chapter of a book it will say something like:

This article is a chapter in the book MyBook.

I've been playing with the phrase and changed it to:

This article is a chapter in the book <a href="showwiki.php?title=Book:{1}"><b>{1}</b></a>.

This makes the book title a link so that it's easier to navigate back to the main book table of contents (which you currently do by clicking back on the browser or on the link at the bottom of the page)

You can already do this at the top of the article by clicking the "Index" tab. We felt that having two links for this at the top was pretty redundant, especially since you can also set the navigation to appear at the top (potentially adding 3 practically under each other).

Also, plugging {1} into the URL won't work because if you have a Book with special characters in the title this (should, but) may not link to the correct article. You might want to assign {2} to the entire URL (href="{2}") and in the template change the phrase code to something like:

<phrase 1="$book[title]" 2="$book[url]">

Please note I haven't looked at the template while writing this so the array name ("book") I used should only be used as an example.
