What all do I have to do to upgrade to 2.5.0 from 2.3.2? Other than upload the files?

As mentioned in the upgrade instructions,
- Turn off your wiki. (Ideally you should be disabling the product itself).
- Upload the files.
- Run the upgrade script.
- Turn on your wiki.
- Check your Wiki URL Manager and deal with any conflicts.
- Upgrade your addons, if any.

I see categories has an update too, should this be done before or after the vault Wiki upgrade?
Also I am going to buy a 3rd full Wiki for yet to be decided on site name, I have an extra vbulletin license i am not using... but I have an interesting idea.
