Special pages permission issue

I am experimenting with enabling certain special pages (e.g. Special:WikiCodeList) for unregistered/not-logged-in users.

I have enabled this (and the Special:Version) page in the usergroup manager for this usergroup.

When I go the page, vBulletin still asks me to login and says the page is not accessible by me.

I think there is something wrong here.

Also I encounter the following issue: when I then login, the next page says the security token is not found.
      Code:

<error tab_id="">Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing.

If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error.</error>
I replaced my sitename with www.example.com

When I access a restricted forum and login, I do not get this error, so I suspect it is VaultWiki code....

Make sure that the guest also has the general permission "Can view Special Pages?"

The security token error is not VaultWiki code. It occurs because the security token used by vBulletin to validate the user's session changes when a user logs in, and if you are in the middle of a form submission, you will get a mismatch.
