VaultWiki and Zoints

Hello all ,
I am trying to use the free version of VaultWiki as an initial test on my forum, that uses Zoints SEO.
But I have some strange redirection errors, as you can see here:

When clicking on the article VaultWiki error test it gives me a redirection error.

I suppose is something related with Zoints, but I'm not sure. Any idea?

The free version is probably not compatible with Zoints. My expectation is that the full version will be, since it is fully compatible with vBSEO. The free version is not supported either - it was written almost a year ago (during VaultWiki beta).

You may be able to get it working with Zoints by editing your mod_rewrite rules in .htaccess to ignore showwiki.php requests. Otherwise, you should test it on a board where you can disable Zoints for the purposes of the test.

Hello pegasus, thanks for your kind reply.
I tried Vault locally, on a vbulletin without Zoints and it works, obviously.
My fear is that also the premium version could not work.
Why don't you give a premium version that is valid only for few days? Like many other softwares. I could use it to understand if it works for me, and then, if the test is positive, I could buy it.
I am willing to pay for a good software that works.

Tomorrow I will try to edit mod_rewrite rules in .htaccess as you suggest.

As Jelsoft themselves have mentioned for past vBulletin demo requests, it is not practical for a company to offer a "visible source" product (vs. compiled, where the source code is not easily visible) under a trial period. You will have to use the Demo area to make any determinations whether it will be useful on your site.

If the Premium version does not work with Zoints, you will be able to get support to help you with that. As for your "good software that works" concern, we just opened a Customer Testimonials area last week (that's why it's so empty).
