On the Post New Article page where you enter the Title of your wiki article, all navbar drop downs cease to work. It is like this on both my sites and in all browsers (IE7, Opera, FF)
Should I report this as a bug?

After checking both your sites, I have only noticed this on your Lamp Wiki. While this may not be the entire problem, there seems to be some problematic Javascript in the header:
There are 3 --- when there should only be 2 --HTML Code:<script type="text/javascript"> <!--- function confirmaction(message, url){ if(confirm(message)) location.href = url; } // ---> </script>
EDIT: But the real problem is...
You were using a customized GENERIC_SHELL template, where you had removed the $footer. Since nearly all of VaultWiki's Javascript is initialized in the footer (as per Yahoo's "Best Practices"), removing the $footer code on any wiki-related page will effectively break the page.

hummm, I did not remove any $footer on either site..... and I added my own footer table above the $footer code on both sites where I put the copyrights (my table shows on all pages on both sites), I never touched any java scripts either, only added what instructions from scripts told me to add..... see lamp forum footer http://tvlampforum.com/
humm well on my OTHER site the navbar drops don't work on the vbtube pro MODERATOR page (only) too....... and the coder is aware of this issue with other sites also and is working on a fix.
ohhhh I know, I can install on my test site that is untouched with any edits or scripts and report back...
ok I only removed the time that shows in the footers and copyright (no script or js) so I could move the copyrights into my own better looking footer.
I will have a look again.
When I said "were" I meant that it was like that, and I fixed it for you as of that post. Perhaps it is the style you are using where the designer didn't put a footer there, but it's supposed to be there (and it's there now, so you shouldn't have any more problem with this).

You mean on the carbon theme on my OTHER site... . because ces blue icon links worked fine on the lamp site... it was HERE were it wasn't working and still is not working http://theforbiddentruth.net/showwik...f+WTC+-+part+1
Should I empty the cache on Forbidden?
Everything seems to be working for me. I would try emptying the cache. If that fails, try to explain the issue again because maybe I am missing something.

The little icons for url links do not show up on my forbidden site http://theforbiddentruth.net/showwik...f+WTC+-+part+1
BUT they do show on my lamp forum http://tvlampforum.com/showwiki.php?lampwiki=Kron
Are you saying you can see them show-up on the forbidden site??? I can't
There was a conflict with a mod you have installed that rewrites ebay links. I added a condition to prevent the mod from running in wiki forums, in case it's a mod you decide you really do need on the forum.

OH okay... also know the same mod (ebay rewrite) which is used heavily on the lamp site did not conflict or cause any problems with the URL blue icons showing. I also use gars on the lamp site too.
So it will now work on forbidden? cool. Amazing coder you are.
Yep thats a 10/4 it works great now, thanks so much. I now wonder if gars is causing the links to work properly on my lamp site? ... no matter they work both places and I'm very happy.
Thanks again peg
