What is this cool box?

I have searched to find how to make this cool box like on here (below) with the left side image and dashed.... but cannot find what it is. What is this?... and can someone direct to a link that will show me how to do it? Thank you.

This box was inserted using the TEMPLATE code. We created a template called "Unreferenced" [template=Unreferenced]here[/template], and put it in the CES Forum article as explained here.
