Please put links to Syntax more easily available to demoers.

      Hi.
Could you put links to the wiki syntax
      on
      this page: http://www.vaultwiki.org/demo/Main-Page
      and this page: http://www.vaultwiki.org/features/

It would have been easier to demo the product if this was available.

Here is the list of the wiki syntax
      http://www.vaulwiki.org/pages/Special:WikiCodeList

      /Just a suggestion.

Another suggestion: both for educating potential buyers and educating your users, the demo pages should have examples of all the codes !

As well, This site (CES) is so heavily modified, I have a hard time picturing what the wiki would be like on a more typical looking vB site. How about another demo site with just plain out of the box vBulletin ?

This is difficult to do. A full-blown demo site would require another vBulletin license, which is not something that is within our budget for the foreseeable future. When we opened the Demo namespace, we hoped this would satisfy most curiosity about the features (aside from admin features).

I think though that we will take your consideration a little more seriously when we install vBulletin 4.0 since we have some pretty big changes planned all around.

One reason I have avoided vBulletin is the lack of a wiki.
Jelsoft is too cheap for their own good if they won't give you some sort of demo license.
how about vaultwiki gets it's own site ?
      vaultwiki.org ?
Future customers get confused about this site ... are they a media company ? a plugin maker ? both ? neither ?
With hosting being so cheap these days I think you'll
#1) get better search engine results with a site dedicated to vaultWiki.
#2) clearer info for future customers.
#3) the site can be more organized.
      ... lots of benefits really.
      "Just a suggestion"
wiki looks better all the time.
Are there any videos about the product bragging how easy it is to use ?

A short video on wiki markup / syntax would be very helpful to instill confidence in purchasers and help support the product.
Maybe a two part video ..
      #1) to show the basics
#2) to finish off the remaining syntax

A simple video of going from code to showing what the code produces .... edit again .. add code ... show what it does ... etc.

Like I said, when we install vBulletin 4.0 there will be some major changes - essentially all of which relate to site organization. We will be using a more prominent navigation bar where VaultWiki will have a significant position linking to its own mini-site area. At that time we will probably look into parking a domain onto that.

I like the idea about the instructional videos.
